Highly recommend this company

I have just recommended this company to my parents whose previous insurer had increased their pet insurance to an extortionate amount. They are very impressed with the fact you can choose the level of cover you want and therefore the monthly premium. Reviewed on: 30th September 2017

Fantastic company

We moved over to Lifetime Pet Cover after the insurers we had been with for our two dogs suddenly had a hike in the annual insurance price. It's difficult to find companies who insure older dogs and this company took ours. I have had to claim twice on one of my dogs never having to claim before on him and there were no problems with putting in a claim and getting money back from this insurer. One claim was dealt with and a cheque received in under 7 days! I had read reviews that this family orientated business gave good customer service and I have to agree that they have been fantastic so far. Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
