Fantastic banking service

After having difficulty setting up an account with my bank for my teenage son, Metro Bank had it sorted in less than an hour. I'm going to move my account, the staff at Metro are friendly and obliging. It's like banks used to be! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Secure and easy to access

I have a monthly salary deduction set up and it is easy to manage my account online. Interest rates are very competitive for instant access accounts. Transfers are free and made within 24 hours. Great service particularly in the current times. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Secure and fantastic service!

I make regular savings by payroll deduction, it couldn't be easier to access my money. Even through covid the credit union have kept everything working efficiently. Dedicated staff and excellent customer service, 5 stars plus for me! Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
