Good account, good service, could have more online banking features...

I have a number of accounts with Halifax and I've always been impressed with how much better they are then other banks I've used in the past. I have found the ability to ask questions via Twitter particularly useful, although I wish that there were more ways to personalise my accounts (e.g. reordering accounts when online banking, or having different-looking cards - they all look the same which can be confusing!)
