Diligent customer centred approach

I moved from Ireland to the U.K. to commence a job here in Sheffield in 2019z Back home, I had regularly contributed to a credit union and was eager to do so here. The staff were incredibly informative and responsive. From the setting up of my account and regular savings contributions to applying for a loan, the Sheffield credit union staff provided detailed advice and guidance. The customer service is by far unparalleled. Nearly two years and a half years in I’m happy to see my savings increase, whilst also having the reassurance of being able to lean on a trusted local credit union should I require a loan or top up.
