Fantastic Patience Shown.

It didn't feel like an interview, more like a friendly chat. I had a few things I needed to sort out and understand. The operator showed me great patience and understanding on his part. I eventually asked my Carer to talk to him as I still couldn't inderstand some things. He was very polite to my Carer, even though he had to repeat himself because of my misunderstandings. I am already recommending you to friends and family. As I am saving nearly £200 per month on my recent quote from my usual Insurance Company, I am delighted!!!! Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
