All excellent apart from the e sign process is not e...

All excellent apart from the e sign process is not easy on a phone you have to remember passcode then is fiddly you have to keep clicking from one page to another and there are pop up that was not sure if i had to click on and i got to the sign page with trual and error i think its because i can see the whole page on my phone and have to scroll up diwn n sideways to see it all Reviewed on: 23rd December 2025

Has helped me no end of times.

I have been using this for over 2 decades and has really helped me with unexpected and expected expenses. The staff are friendly and helpful,they know what they are doing. The only downside is that it is hard to contact by phone so might put off technophobes sometimes. There when you need it. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
