Poor service on the telephone not explained information properly due to lockdown

Product poorly explained. Poor telephone service because of the the covid. Virus. But customer service in the Sheffield Credit Union office was very good and I had very good customer service when drawing. money out of . my account. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
