Friendly warm service excellence

What I value is the friendliness and down to earth helpfulness of our credit union. It’s professional and does what it’s supposed to but with a great warmth. They go out of their way to be helpful and even get in touch just to check that you realised something in case you had overlooked or misunderstood a transaction. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024

Very friendly and super efficient

Easily contactable - by method of your choice- a real person answers and they are always warm, welcoming and friendly. Your query is sorted with speed and a minimum of fuss. You know who to get back to if needed. Just wish they did mortgages! Reviewed on: 25th May 2023

Small, friendly and helpful

Years ago Sheffield Credit Union lent me money to redecorate the bathroom. Nowadays I save money knowing that this can be used to help others. There may be a time when I need to borrow again and I know that the repayments will be affordable. Reviewed on: 9th June 2021
