Sh*t hot.

The team at Sheffield credit union never make you feel like you dont deserve their time. They never rush you, they understand that I'm not asking for a loan for fun, I'm asking for it because like a lot of their customers i have desperately needed their support during covid. In this day and age it still surprises me when customer facing staff dont like people. If you dont like people dont be in a customer service role!! This is NOT the case at CU. They are lovely, understanding and non judgemental and sometimes that's just what you need. I cant rate them highly enough. thanks CU I wouldn't have got through covid without your support:) Reviewed on: 10th June 2021
