Moved switchboards, since then, backwards.. new customer service know nothing about bikes and when you ask qhestions thats not on their script, they stutter and still try push to get the sale.. shocking bunch of people.. been with mce for a while no problem but since the switch, its been crapppppp Reviewed on: 11th June 2021
