Review of the Avanti Travel Insurance, Travel insurance:

Lack of vital information

I have found out entirely by accident that Avanti have changed their underwriters to a company in Ireland. The emergency numbers and emergency email address have also changed but I with a yearly policy have not been informed. It looks like I could have been left stranded should I have needed assistance. Our change in underwriter will not effect anyone whose policy was purchased prior to the change over, which was on 01/08/2017. Therefore, all the contact numbers you were given are still relevant to you.
