I was going through a bad time i was getting into a mess with my debts and didn't know what to do, then I heard about step change, it took a lot of courage to ring them as I felt ashamed but I'm so glad I did I honestly wouldn't have known what to do without them, I could have lost my house, I was beside myself did I buy food or pay my debts but they were and are a fantastic service and they saved my life, the amount of pressure that was lifted was unbelievable I felt I had some control back, they never judged me never made me feel ashamed and was empathic to the situation I was in Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

You are not alone

I was worried at first about discussing my debts but they was non judgemental and made me feel I wasn't on my own. We went through all my options and we come up with a plan together what was right for me, they was very understanding and I felt so relieved afterwards Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
