My experience with this 'outfit' was diabolically poor. They acted as Underwriter for Saga Household claims. I made a claim and the way they handled it was shockingly poor. It was akin to a market trader - they wanted to reduce the claim and avoid their proper responsibility and liability under the terms of my policy. Try, if you can, to avoid Saga and or Ryan Direct at all cost.
