Awful Customer Service

Be warned if contemplating taking out Tesco Car Insurance - We are new dealing with the ombudsman and making an official complaint to head office. Shannon on the customer service line needs further training before being allowed to interact with customers. Rude, Incompetent, Argumentative and very unprofessional. Shame on you Shannon your unprofessional behaviour towards an Autistic, Mental Health sufferer is absolutely dispicable and this has been escalated to someone well beyond your paygrade you jumped up little madam. Best decision ever!

Can't thank Stephange enough! Just made our last payment to them and now debt free. 8 yrs ago we were on the brink of loosing everything. Can't recommend Stephange enough. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021

Best decision ever!

Can't put into words how Stephange changed our life. After years of struggling with debt an barely bring able to meet the minimum payments, loosing my job I could see no way out. One phone call to Stepchange and the stress, tears & sleepless nights had gone, amazing support and light at the end of tunnel to eventually become debt free. 10 years on we have one payment left til we have paid all our debts off and a repaired credit score. Can't thank Stephange enough for all there help & support without them I don't know where we would be now. Reviewed on: 18th June 2021
