Security lapses

For the second time in two years,security cancelled my card with no text or warning of any kind.Replacement card sent to wrong address..Appalling security and pathetic compensation for an elderly,disabled customer,reliant on online shopping.Been with RBS SINCE 1968 but will be changing to another bank asap!!
