Scam artists at work.

I bought an insurance policy with MCE last month. Agreed to pay the monthly instalment plan. The first payment to be taken was blocked by my stupid bank (only £68.25 - not anything major like £68k). On the same day I called MCE to make the payment, no one will answer the phone. The next day I called and they charge an extra £30 admin fee because my card was declined by my bank. This is not my fault. This is not MCE's fault. But MCE punished me by charging me this extra money. The money isn't the issue, it's the fact that they won't budge on this. Next year when it comes to renew the policy, MCE have lost a customer. Yes they charged me the extra £30 but they won't be selling me anything else in the future. Avoid these people.
