They have been really good with the customer service...

They have been really good with the customer service and have really helped me out when I needed it and on one occasion allowed me to do my loan early in an emergency situation when I had a hospital apponment come up for my son who is under great ormond street as he’s blind autistic Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

The good and the bad

Acorn community bank have been good in some respects with on one occasion allowing me to do my loan top up a little earlier but then when I’ve had emergencies or asked if I can pay some money of to top up for emergencies for my disabled sons apponments they have been really bad and not helped at all and just shrugged me off Reviewed on: 18th March 2024

Easy to apply for and you receive the money sometimes quickly if they are on time with things. They could be a bit more quick at answering phones or have more staff to answer phones Reviewed on: 21st June 2021
