Personal service

It is easy to make personal contact by telephone unlike mainstream banks. I also had excellent help when going online recently. I feel GWCU really care about individual customers and will go the extra mile. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

GWCU - No 1 for member centred services

The board and staff team I believe gave integrity, and are absolutely member focused, while also running an efficient and forward looking organisation. The staff are caring and helpful, with prompt decisions made,and actions taken. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2021
