Empathetic Service

Totally professional service from initial phone contact right through to completion of loan transaction. Thoughtful customer service whenever have needed to contact. Good internet account access too. Compassion in money matters

I was naturally anxious when first contacting GWCU but right from the moment my call was answered I breathed a sigh of relief. My request was treated with compassion, understanding & respect. Followed up over the coming days with total efficiency & all was fully explained in relatable terms no confusing jargon. Since that initial call whenever I have had any questions I’ve always been treated well. Their online presence is excellent and easy to navigate giving peace of mind 24/7.
