HORRENDOUS SERVICE

Absolutely HORRENDOUS SERVICE! Since Day one setting up this account has been an absolute nightmare! I simply wanted to set this account up for my sons birthday and have meet one hurdle after the next! I was initially promoted to send identification via email, never heard back from anyone until I reached out, ordered his card, never received it, I reached out once again and was told that it was lost in transit, ordered a second card & am waiting for it, then received a new email saying thanks for confirming my identity which I did WEEKS AGO! Why am I receiving a second email? Called to make sure no fraud is going on, was told I have two accounts, then told I haven’t ordered any cards and no cards are on their way to me! It’s now weeks past my sons birthday, still no card and no answers! Asked to speak to a manager several times to no avail! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
