House Insurance Claim

Due to heavy rainfall and and old felt roof my ceiling collapsed one sunny afternoon 2 weeks ago. I contacted policy expert the following morning and a surveyor texted me within minutes arranging to come over and assess the damage. After a thorough assessment I was informed of the amount that would be paid to me within 2 days the money had been paid into my bank account which was really pleasing.
