PayPal is a Pal.

I don't know how you measure PayPal as "value for money". I use PayPal quite a lot, I've never had any problems with it, and they've helped me in disputes. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Efficient

I opened an account with the Bank of Scotland mainly because the branch was handy for me. I've always found the bank to be very efficient, friendly but never pushy in any dealing that I've had with them. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017

Great Service

Getting my travel money from the Post Office is a quick, easy, friendly and efficient process. Order online and go along at you convenience to a Post Office of your choosing or have it delivered, easy! Great service but it's a petty that so many branches have closed. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017

Impersonal

I once regularly bought/renewed my Alpha Travel Insurance but stopped when they became less personal. I often found that their online search/questionnaire didn't offer me the relevant options when I was selecting my insurance. If I tried to contact them there was either no reply or a generic reply so I had to stop using them. I received a reminder this year from them and when I logged on it was the same mismatch of questions. I even tried phoning and got no reply. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017
