Difficulty Closing Savings Account on Maturity

Call Back Service Not as stated. 1st call over a week later when told too & account will now be closed could only say "have a good day" A 2nd call back was a week after that, a joke. Closure papers signed as requested but rejected twice on technicality. Needed to go personally to the branch. I had banked with them since National County Days. Standards very much poorer now. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021
