Very Helpful

I have been a member of the Planesaver Credit union since it started and over the years, I have borrowed and saved money as required. The staff are well informed, and very helpful in all circumstances and during the pandemic, even more so. I was in difficulties during the lockdown, and after liaising with an account manager, we came to a very workable solution. I would recommend the PCU to everyone looking for a favourable loan rate and saving facilities included in the borrowing concept, Also being able to use the online portal is very convenient now to carry out account funtions. Very Helpful and understanding

I have been with Planesaver CU since it started. Although I have left British Airways, they still continue to be the cREDIT Union to go to for sorting out money worries. They were helpful during the pandemic and continue to be so now. Reviewed on: 5th July 2021
