Compared to normal banks, their customer service is...

Compared to normal banks, their customer service is a bit limited. I often use the call back service. Sometimes that doesn’t work and no one calls back. Very frustrating. When one toes get through, then the staff really try their best to help. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

The call back feature is very handy.

The call back feature is very handy. It saved waiting for ages for someone to answer the phone. The only problem is that they don’t always ring back at the most convenient time! Reviewed on: 10th February 2024

Very easy to use.

I use my credit union to save for an annual payment. The savings come from my salary every month, so I can just forget about it. When the due date appears, I just withdraw what I need and pay my subscription without as worries. It’s as easy to use as a normal bank account. Reviewed on: 7th July 2021
