Excellent, personal, service!

In an era of robot call centres and "big" banks, having a local providers with "real" people at the end of the telephone is a refreshing change. Also knowing that your savings are used for ethical lending which keeps people in your own community away from pay day loan companies and door step loan sharks is a big plus!
