Not made clear damage by rodents not covered

It was only when I went to make a claim that I was told “oh, you’re not covered for damage by rodents”. This should be made clear when the policy is sold Reviewed on: 27th July 2024

Cheapest quote but communication could be improved

Hamilton Fraser were £600 cheaper than First2Protect, our previous broker. We were a little disappointed that the wrong quote was sent to us but this was quickly corrected. Reviewed on: 16th July 2021
