Review of the Santander, Mortgage:

Most incompetent, poor customer service, non existent communication

We were trying to reduce our our bills and sell purvhome to move into a much cheaper house to improve our living standard. The would have reduced our overall lending but Santander has been challenging every possible reason thinkable. The points that our equity will pay most of our new home seems to be disregarded and Santander seems to prefer us being tied in the current situation rather than approving the much less risky option for us. Delay after delay, we are at the end of our strength and are still waiting weeks after providing all the requested evidence If this should not work out, Santander will lose a customer of fifteen years and we will never want to have any dealings with them. .
