Relieved the anxiety of debts

We were stressed trying to manage our debts but Stepchange worked with us on our budget and agreed a DMP that was acceptable to our creditors. We have now been on the DMP for several years and it is working well. Recommend anyone concerned about their debts to contact Stepchange ASAP. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Experienced and Friendly people

From the beginning I was wary about discussing my finances in detail. This was because the previous engagement with my original mortgage company tainted my thoughts as there was little understanding or compassion of my situation, accompanied by showing impatience and attitude! However, Step Change have proven to be the opposite of all that! Each person I have talked to at Step Change has been very supportive and I am so pleased that I made contact with them.
