Had to recently claim my travel insurance as my son broke his ankle days before we went to florida. The whole process was easy and the girl I spoke to on the phone (jade) was super friendly and talked me through the whole process. Had my money back within 10 days. Easy way to save

I was a member of the Glasgow credit union for a long time in the past and recently started paying in again. So easy to do and staff are lovely. Good to be able to keep an eye on saving on the website too. Maybe looking for a mortgage in future and would try them first Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
