StepChange honestly saved my life

I contacted StepChange when I had no idea where else to turn. Creditors were contacting me daily and I felt out of control, helpless and hopeless. I couldn't sleep and my heart sank every time my phone rang. StepChange gave me reassurance and helped me put together a realistic budget for repayments. Creditors stopped contacting me and I finally felt in control. I no longer felt anxious and scared and was sleeping so much better. StepChange honestly saved my life and I recommend them to anyone who mentions they are struggling with debt. Reviewed on: 14th May 2026

Never judging
