i was at the end of my emotional tether and literall...

i was at the end of my emotional tether and literally didn't know what to do for the best. I was in a very low place, the worst ever. I could not see a way out. A friend recommended Step Change and what did i have to loose? nothing. after literally 48 hours all the pressure (not responsibility and liability) but pressure of the unknown and impossible immediate future just dissolved and i felt myself again. the literally saved my life ! i was petrified of my predicament - i mean on the edge of worry and sanity until someone recommended stepchange. within an hour of contacting the i felt great and relaxed and back in the world with some control - they were life savers ! Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
