From then to now StepChange is invaluable

From initial contact and reassurance from the call handler through to ongoing dialogue as my DMP progressed, StepChange have been empathetic and presented a number of options for me to consider. More control over my finances

Since joining Vanquis I have had more control over my finances and good monitoring from the Vanquis App and text reminders when my bill is due. Offers of increasing my credit limit are my choice to accept or decline and the app also allows me to reduce credit limit if needed. Reviewed on: 5th May 2024

Reassuring and straightforward advice

Since contacting Step Change they have helped me face up to chronic illness and financial issues as a result of leaving work and trying to cope alone by spending all my reserves. They helped me make contact with citizens advice and then access benefits until I was ready to return to work and then they helped set up a DMP and review each year. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
