Honest, impartial - safe. Using an independent organisation to help makes what is a horrible situation to be in feel a lot more safe. They help because they want to not because they are getting anything out of it. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Help in a dark place

Being in debt is a horrible thing and it makes you think you have nowhere to turn, it's a dark place. Step Change are a light to turn to from the dark place. They help you through with advice, a friendly ear, and support all the way. My journey to being debt free is not over but with them by my side it is more manageable. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
