In 2019 I was facing crippling credit card debt and under stress. Step Change dealt with lenders, negotiated an interest freeze with most and set up an affordable payment. I have cleared three of the smaller creditors and am forecast to be free of debt in late 2027. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025

If I had found Step Change earlier I would have avoided a great deal of cash-flow stress , not to mention the savings in interest which will enable me to clear my debts sooner. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
