Step Change "My Saviours"

I mistakenly got into debt a few years ago (I now know it was wrong but it happened) I eventually came across Step Change and I never looked back since contacting them, they were so understanding and caring from the moment I called them on the telephone they worked out all the details of my debt problems and came back with an affordable plan to start repaying my debts, I started repaying what I owed in 2018 and through Step Change I was debt free by the end of 2024, yes it was a difficult time but through them I persevered and I have never regretted it, my problems had started with spending on credit cards and did come to the problem of not being able to keep up my repayments to the card companies, after contacting Step Change I've never looked back and now do not have any credit cards whatsoever and now do not owe anyone a penny, if you do find yourself in a situation like mine DO CONTACT STEP CHANGE you will not regret it. Step Change, the best thing since sliced bread.

We had quite a lot of debt and eventually contacted Step Change I believe in 2018, it is now 2024 and I am hoping and expect my debt to be cleared by December this year, Step Change has been with me every step of the way, I don't know where I would have been if I had not contacted them those 6 years ago, they have been very professional always polite and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic they have been and they are still helping me until the end of the year, I recommend them to anyone who has any financial problems, you will not regret it, Thank you Step Change for everything you have done for us. from I. & M.
