Good price, good cover.

I've been happy enough with the service from Admiral that I have been with them for a couple of years now despite reviewing my car insurance annually. They can generally match the best price I find for the cover I need. The paperwork is clear and the staff helpful on the phone. I have no experience of the claims process. Good cover, good price, helpful staff.

I review home insurance every year and have been happy enough with the product and service provided by Aviva that I have stuck with them for a few years now. The paperwork is clear and I've been happy when dealing with them on the phone to discuss renewals. I have no experience of their claims process. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Review of the HSBC, Bank Account:

Found out branch was closed when I went to pay in cheque.

I can just about get by with online banking, I can't stand the call centre as I struggle with the accents and can barely hear and now the branch is closed. The account provides me with what I need, but I don't really rate the bank. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Unexpectedly consistently wonderful!

Took out car insurance with Admiral a couple of years ago as comparisons showed it had the best price. Upon renewal ready to do the usual comparisons and swapping over again I was amazed to find that they actually sent me a competative renewal quote which is not something I have ever really experienced with renewals. They've also got great staff and call centre so when I have gone through the renewal process its straightforward and friendly and great service. I've been with them a couple of years now.
