Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Has made such a difference to my financial situation and eased my worries and concerns. I feel like I can see light at the end of the tunnel. Excellent service

Step Change has made such a difference to my circumstances. I have been on a debt management plan for a little while now and I can really see my debt reducing. The service provided is excellent and the staff I have come into contact with are helpful, friendly and reassuring. I was really stressed and my mental health was adversely affected by the position I found myself in.
