Exemplary Support & Service

This relates to an ex-pat Buy to Let Mortgage application and I wanted to extend a 'thank you' to Kate Rockall – CeMap, Mortgage Adviser (Katherine), who has gone out of our way to assist us in deciding whether and how to move forward with our application. Mortgage Application

Ours was a bespoke application that required underwriting, which was undertaken rigorously, but sympathetically. Also, there was extended delay between offer and completion that required the offer acceptance period to be extended and this was readily granted without problem Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021
