Reassuring and non judgmental

At a time when I didn't know what to do or where to go Step Change were recommended to me by a creditor. I remember being so scared when making that initial call but everyone I dealt with was so supportive and positive I finally believed there was a way out of my debt. Hopefully my plan will end in a little over 12 months and I can't thank Step Change enough for their help and support over the years. Reviewed on: 24th July 2021
