Positively brilliant

Professional service, very friendly and empathetic staff, owning up about debt is very hard and embarrassing but dealing with Stepchange has been a positive experience in a very bleak situation. I can now breathe and sleep easier at night knowing my situation is under control and I can see a future where I can be debt free without losing my home, at no point have I been made to feel unimportant or foolish. Both the online process and telephone contacts have been refreshingly straightforward and positive. Stepchangehave given me my future back. Reviewed on: 24th July 2021
