Brilliant and sympathetic help and advice

I had got myself into a very bad situation through my own stupidity. I was advised to contact Step Change and from day one they have been excellent in helping me to sort out my situation. The operators I have spoken to have all listened with a sympathetic ear and I have now got things under control. I always know that should I encounter any more difficulties, they are at the end of a phone. I am very grateful for the help I have received and I hope this will be recognised in the awards.
