Peace of mind

Ive found them the easiest to deal with out of the credit/banks and if there is issues with online purchases or scams they get it sorted. They also dont mess you around like banks do. Find their offerings one of the best out there. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Hugely life changing

We were sadly affected in the last recession 2007 and are also mortgage prisoners. It was horrendous with the threat of loosing our house and harassment my company’s .. with hubby out of work dealing with loss of job as well as debts was horrendous! Step change were amazing at helping us get straight and stop the hassle. Once creditors knew we were with step change and we quoted our number they would stop harassing us. We are almost there it’s been a long road but we are so grateful for the step change team who are always friendly, always knowledgeable always so helpful. Reviewed on: 25th July 2021
