Helping our family survive crippling credit card debts

If it wasn’t for Stepchange, I don’t know where my family and I would be right now. It doesn’t bear thinking about. Previously I had allowed the banks to automatically raise my credit limit, unchallenged, until I was caught in a never ending downward spiral of debt. The banks knew what they were doing, while I wasn’t cute enough to carefully manage what they had given me. Stepchange have proved to me for 6 years now, managing my debt and budgeting, that there is nobody better to turn to when you can no longer cope with the burden of your debts. Stepchange are angels, nothing less. I am a long way from clearing my debts but because of them I know how to budget, how to pay off debts and, more importantly, how to get by in the face of financial adversity. Thank you.
