Peace of mind

I am no longer stressed or dreading the post or my phone ringing. I call to step change I was reassured staff was calm. I didn’t feel I was being judged or a failure. I was supposed to look at my finance and plan for the first time how to pay towards my debts without running up others including my household bills. Step change managed the contact with my debtors.
