.Attempted rip off by All Clear

I asked to have cancellation cover added to my current policy, which cost £3.1K when I bought it in July. I was informed that I would have to cancel my current policy and buy a new one. I was also told that I would only receive a refund of £1.2K on my current which meant a cost of £2K for just over 1 months cover! I declined. A total rip off!! Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

I can confirm that we offer policies that cover cancellation and policies that exclude cancellation cover, so that our customers can choose whether they wish to have this cover when purchasing a policy. We are not able to add or remove cancellation cover to a policy once it has been purchased unfortunately. I hope you have a nice time when you travel.
