All Round Amazing!

This company has everything and is the perfect choice for a pet insurance company. We have our four cats insured with them and every claimed has been paid out quickly and efficiently with no issues at all. Their customer service is also great, I have phoned many times with questions or to make changes and they are friendly and informative. I lost one of my cats recently and the person I spoke to comforted me over the phone when cancelling that policy. Made me feel that they truly care about their customers. On top of all this the policies they offer are brilliant! Without the direct debit option (which renews cover every month) we could not have offered the multiple surgeries and scans one of our cats needed. Will be staying with this company for sure!
