had 2 occasions to make a claim, in both cases they were very helpful and easy to deal with. The work done on one caravan was to a high standard and the other caravan was written off , sadly. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2025

during Storm Arwen our caravan was severely damaged by masonry falling from our house. after a number of large trees fell onto the house. We had placed the caravan alongside the house for greater protection against the forecast storm never thinking our home could possibly be so badly damaged. The Caravan and Motorhome insurance company were outstanding. They made the whole claim very easy. They were very quick in sending an assessor who had no doubt in writing off the caravan. The company paid the claim very quickly including extra to cover the brand new mattress that was in the caravan, I only had to send a copy of the receipt. There was no delay and the money arrived promptly. They also arranged for removal and disposal of the damaged caravan. I was delighted with the speed, professionalism and help provided by the CAMC insurance company. Naturally our new caravan is insured with them. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2023

great insurance cover

Although I've not had to claim on my insurance its good to know they are there "just in case"....I found it easy to set up, with good sensible cover for an equally sensible price. I hope I dont ever need to use my insurance but the peace of mind of being with a reputable and helpful insurance company is certainly worth the premium. Reviewed on: 27th July 2021
