Not helpful enough appalling service

We had a fire four years ago the person that dealt with it grudgingly emailed me the items that I was being paid out for. He actually said that he was loath for Penny to send me a cheque unless I was going to accept the lump sum without an itemised list! Appealing service and also wouldn’t pay out for a brand new cadaver as quoted “it could be used in a garden” they can only be purchased in caravan dealerships. They were the worst of all insurances to deal with. Reviewed on: 27th July 2021
