Friensdly, helpful and contactable

In the current world most companies when you try to speak to them have a host of options on the phone and you can never hardly speak to a 'person' without having to wait endlessly. With the Caravan club I've managed to speak to a 'human' within a few minutes and they've been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I've not had to make a claim yet thankfully but I'm sure if `I had to they would be efficient. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022

Value/Safety/Customer Service

I've been a member of the club for a few years now and the sites are always pristine. We visited a site during the pandemic a couple of times and the facilities were spotless. Cleaning took place more often and the staff were always there to help if needed. Often going out of their way to help. I've been camping/caranning for about 45 years and have stayed at numerous sites all over the world. The club sites are easily on par but often beat others on quality and friendliness.
